A tour was organized for the pupils of the boarding school n.a. E.G. Lastochkina to the Natural History Museum of the Reserve Museum “Kazan Kremlin” in the framework of the project “Ecological rehabilitation” held by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held by the author of the project, the leading specialist of the Ministry Elena Gilmizyanova, together with fellow workers of the Natural History Museum “Kazan Kremlin”. The children were familiarized with exhibits, the history of the planet and the Republic of Tatarstan, and they were told about ancient animals that had lived on the planet millions of years ago. The following topics were touched upon: ecology, astronomy, mineralogy, mineral resources, geology, and paleontology.

The project aimed at ecological and educational work "Ecological Rehabilitation" has been implemented by the Ministry of Ecology for the children with disabilities for 10 years now. This project is aimed at creation of the area of green vegetation surrounding 

Experts of the Air Protection Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan familiarized today with the system for recycling of fuel vapors implemented at a gas filling station “Lukoil-Uralnephteproduct” LLC located on 46 Cosmonavtov str. in Kazan.

Experts of the Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan drew today recurrent samples of the lake water on Serova street in Kazan to make a more detailed analysis. Shortly before that, an address was received from the citizens with regard to pollution of this water facility, and a discharge of bright green waters was revealed. Today, the experts of the laboratory under the Ministry of Ecology announced the first results. The water sample was analyzed with regard to the following parameters: hydrogen (рН) index, ammonium, nitrites, phosphates, anionic surfactants, oil products, and dissolved oxygen. No exceeding values were revealed as compared to the threshold allowable concentrations for the sanitary and hygienic values

The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, and Deputy Minister for Ecology – Chief State Inspector for Nature Protection, Ramil Nizamov, participated today in the helicopter over-flight across the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan to reveal violations of the nature protection legislation. The results of the contest “A new lease of life to paper” held by the Group of companies “ECOLAB” under the auspices of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan among secondary schools were summarized today in Naberezhnye Chelny. The contest was aimed at formation of ecological responsibility in the young generation and increase in volumes of upcycled waste paper in order to preserve forests.

The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, inspected today the area of output of water and wastewater treatment facilities of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal” on the Volga River. Using an eco-analytical vessel “Flamingo”, the control was exercised over the state of water, and the samples were drawn for a deeper analysis in the Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control. In order to preserve land fertility on the territory of Aznakaevo municipal district, it was decided to reclaim the lands that had been damaged in the course of illegal extraction of common mineral resources.
