Inspectors of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department revealed violations of the water protection regime on the Uryum River

Inspectors of the Trans-Volga Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of violation of the nature protection legislation in Yansurinskoe village of Kaybitsy district. In the course of the raid, a violation was detected in the activity of the commercial dairy farm of “Ak Bars Kaybitsy” LLC, branch No. 3 – a summer base court for the cattle is located on the water protection area in the shore unit of the Uryum River. An administrative protocol was elaborated according to part 1, Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation – “Violation of the water protection regime at the water-producing area of water facilities that might entail pollution of the indicated facilities or other harmful consequences”.

By decision of the Kaybitsy district court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the summer base court of “Ak Bars Kaybitsy” LLC, branch No. 3, is to be moved beyond the scope of the coastal area and it is subject to a 30-day suspension of activity.
