The IX All-Russian Congress “State regulation of environmental protection and ecological safety assurance 2015” will be held in Moscow
The IX All-Russian Congress “State regulation of environmental protection and ecological safety assurance 2015” will be held in Moscow on October 28-30, 2015. The event is organized by the Group of companies “Agency of social and economic development” (“ASEDGROUP” LLC).
Representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage, the General Board of State Expert Review, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage for the Siberian Federal District will participate in the event. The reports will cover:
¾ In-process ecological control (innovations of 2015-2016);
¾ Protection of the rights of legal entities in the course of the state ecological surveillance;
¾ A new procedure of waste certification;
¾ A new system for standardization of the impact on the environment;
¾ Estimation and payment for the negative impact on the environment;
¾ Fulfillment of the obligation to implement local treatment plants etc.
