The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abduganiev turned the attention of heads of structural subdivisions to the necessity to select the personnel very carefully in order to implement effective anti-corruption measures on-site. This time, the virtue of one of the inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry was the occasion.
During the ecological monitoring of the territory of a village in Tatarstan (Tukaevo district), the inspector revealed a fact of a glaring violation on the part of one of the entrepreneurs. Today, the car fleet of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was completed with new cars. All in all, the Ministry took title to 17 vehicles manufactured in Russia including 8 Niva cars, 8 Lada Granta cars and a Gazel-based mobile laboratory.
Keys to new vehicles were presented to the Ministry’s inspectors by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. The solemn ceremony was held in Kazan on the square adjacent to the Big Concert Hall n.a. Salikh Saydashev. In front of the President, the experts decided to immediately test the laboratory: an expressBy order of the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, an inspection was carried out pertaining to extraction of common natural resources (CNR) in the water area of the Volga and the Kama Rivers in compliance with the Federal legislation. Deputy Minister – Chief State Inspector for Nature Protection, Ramil Nizamov, reported on the results during the operational meeting on October 20th. He reported that at this moment, 26 crane boats and dredgers operate in the water area, six whereof violated the nature protection legislation. The facts of illegal extraction of CNR were revealed along with the absence of licenses aboard.
