The results of the contest “A new lease of life to paper” held by the Group of companies “ECOLAB” under the auspices of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan among secondary schools were summarized today in Naberezhnye Chelny. The contest was aimed at formation of ecological responsibility in the young generation and increase in volumes of upcycled waste paper in order to preserve forests.
Winners of the contest:
In the category “Maximum amount of collected waste paper for 2014-2015 academic year”: secondary school No. 34, secondary school No. 52.
In the category “School that collected more than 50 tons of waste paper during 10 years of participation in the campaign”: schools No. 45, No. 6, No. 25, No. 23, No. 38 of Naberezhnye Chelny.
Head of the Board of Education and Youth Affairs of Naberezhnye Chelny, Ramil Khalimov, was awarded with the Certificate of Merit of the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, for fruitful work and considerable contribution into promotion and development of ecological education aimed at formation of ecological culture in the Republic of Tatarstan. All in all, 16 schools of Autograd were distinguished by the letters of gratitude of the Head of the Cis-Kama Territorial Depatment under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
