The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan supported the demands of environmentalists and ordered the limited liability company "Zaimilk" to pay 1 million 630 thousand rubles for wastewater discharge to the terrain in Zainsk. 

The Joint-stock company "Kazan Oil Plant" failed to prove its innocence in the case of wastewater discharge in the Laishevsky district.

After the environmentalists' statement of claim The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan ordered Automobile Roads Enterprise LLC to compensate for the damage caused by the use of mineral resources without a license.

During the monitoring of the Tukayevsky district, inspectors from the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology revealed a violation of environmental legislation. Unauthorized placement of construction waste was discovered on the territory of a land plot in Novotroitskoye rural settlement.

During the monitoring of Nizhnekamsk, inspectors of the Zakamsky management revealed a violation of water legislation, namely, restriction of free access to the coastal strip of Lake Karakul.

The violator will pay 313 thousand rubles for unauthorized landfills in Almetyevsk. This decision was made by the Laishevsky District Court.
