The violator will pay about 100 thousand rubles for illegal extraction of sand
Inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted surveillance activities in the waters of the Kuibyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs. During the survey of the Kuibyshev reservoir between the villages of Prosti and Betki, experts found a floating crane that carried out sand extraction outside the boundaries of the license area. In total, the violator extracted 245 tons of sand-gravel mixture.
Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan found out that the floating crane belongs to LLC RK "Kama". The director of the organization was brought to administrative responsibility, he was fined 30 thousand rubles. The inspectors also filed a claim for compensation for damage caused to the subsoil in the amount of 45 thousand rubles.
