According to the warning of environmentalists, a large landfill in the city of Chistopol has been liquidated

During the monitoring of the city of Chistopol, inspectors of the Volga-Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed unauthorized storage of waste on Zagorodnaya Street. Construction and household waste, as well as car tires were stored here. The area of the contaminated site was 2500 sq.m., the volume of the landfill was 250 cubic meters.

A warning was sent to the owner of the land plot about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation and eliminating the landfill. Currently, the landfill has been liquidated, the territory has been brought into proper sanitary and ecological condition.
