Environmentalists took samples of water in the Knox River on the complaint of residents about the presence of foam in the reservoir
According to the received information, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan went to the site after the discharge of foam wastewater into the Noksa River along the Transversely-Noksinskaya Street of the Sovetsky district of Kazan.
During the on-site survey, a small presence of foam was revealed and the fact of wastewater discharge from a pipe belonging to LLC specialized developer "IC "UNISTROYDOM-2" was established. The organization carries out the operation of local sewage treatment plants intended for the treatment of surface wastewater generated on the territory of the residential complex. Ecologists took samples of wastewater from the wastewater discharge site, as well as natural water above and below the discharge site. After the results of the analysis become known, measures will be taken within the framework of the current legislation.
