A landfill the size of a football field was liquidated in the Leninogorsk district

During the inspection of the Leninogorsk district, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed unauthorized storage of waste in the Staroshugurovsky rural settlement. The area of the cluttered plot was 10208 sq.m.

The Executive Committee of the Leninogorsk district was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation and eliminating the landfill within 60 days.

Currently, the landfill has been liquidated; the territory has been brought into proper sanitary and ecological condition.
