On September 17, the cleaning of the territory of the Lokomotiv beach in Kazan and the adjacent underwater part of the Volga River will take place. The event is organized by the Branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The results of the voluntary clean-ups that were held in the municipalities of the republic last weekend have been summed up.  The All-Russian actions "Green Russia" and "Water of Russia" were held within the framework of the federal project "Conservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology". 

The fact of illegal extraction of a common mineral – limestone was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry. 

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan is holding a competition for the right to receive subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to socially oriented non-profit organizations of Tatarstan aimed at ensuring environmental safety in the following priority areas:

- formation of ecological culture;

- implementation of socially significant environmental, educational and educational projects aimed at the development of civil society institutions in small towns and rural areas;

- development of activities in the field of local history, ecological tourism and underwater activities. 

Today, the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Azat Khamayev, held a meeting of the Committee on Ecology, Nature Management, agro-industrial and food policy. The event was attended by Deputy Ministers Yegor Tarnavsky and Ilnur Gubaidullin from the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Last weekend, the central voluntary clean-up on Lake Izumrudnoye in the village of Yudino in Kazan was held joyfully and successfully, with a concert program and a field kitchen.

Today, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov held a lecture at the Institute of Ecology and Nature Management of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

"The further into the forest..." - under this name, on September 11, the Central Voluntary clean-up will be held on the territory of Lake Izumrudnoye  (Yudino village). The clean-up will take place within the framework of the All-Russian Voluntary clean-up and the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology". The organizers are the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, the youth movement "Will be clean" of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Branch of the RGS in Tatarstan.

The unlicensed use of underground water was stopped by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Almetyevsk. 

Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University hosted a meeting of 1st and 2nd year students with employees of the Ministry of Ecology. The head of the Department of Civil Service and Personnel Zulfiya Galieva told the students about the main functions, tasks of the Ministry and areas of activity.
