More than 1700 cubic meters of garbage were removed by Tatarstan residents from the coastlines last weekend

The results of the voluntary clean-ups that were held in the municipalities of the republic last weekend have been summed up.  The All-Russian actions "Green Russia" and "Water of Russia" were held within the framework of the federal project "Conservation of unique water bodies" of the national project "Ecology". In total, about 7 thousand citizens took part in the cleaning of coastal territories, 1723.6 cubic meters of garbage were collected.

It should be noted that since the start of the campaign (May 2021), more than 219 thousand Tatarstan residents have joined in restoring order in the coastal zones, more than 6 thousand km have been cleared, 30 thousand cubic meters of garbage have been collected.
