9 September 2021, Thursday

The unlicensed use of underground water was stopped by the inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in Almetyevsk. During the inspection, it was found that an individual entrepreneur engaged in the provision of car wash services leased the land from an individual. However, the individual entrepreneur did not have permits for the operation of the well. As the environmentalists explained, the exploration and production of underground water should be carried out only if there is an appropriate license. In this regard, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against the official under Part 1 of Article7.3 The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of mineral resources without a license for the use of mineral resources". In addition, during the inspection, it was found that an individual entrepreneur rented land from an individual. According to this fact, a protocol was also drawn up under Article 8.9 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the requirements for the protection of subsurface resources and hydromineral resources" in relation to the balance holder (owner of the land plot).
