An environmental campaign will be held on the Lokomotiv Beach. We invite citizens to take part
On September 17, the cleaning of the territory of the Lokomotiv beach in Kazan and the adjacent underwater part of the Volga River will take place. The event is organized by the Branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The cleaning of coastal territories will be attended by members of the RGS in the Republic of Tatarstan, volunteers, representatives of public organizations, students of general education institutions of Kazan and concerned residents of the capital. Divers of the underwater research group named after A. A. Leonov will clean the adjacent territory of the underwater part of the reservoir.
We invite everyone to take part in the campaign. The beginning is at 10:00 am, the equipment will be issued on the spot. The assembly point is the beach "Lokomotive" (the landmark is a white tent and music).
