Illegal production of CUM was discovered by inspectors of the South-Eastern TA

The fact of illegal extraction of a common mineral – limestone was revealed by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry. The violation was recorded using a quadcopter at the Kerligachskoye field site in the Leninogorsk district. "The total area of the entire uncovered subsurface area is about 15 hectares. These types of work were carried out without the mining development plan for 2021 approved by the Rostechnadzor Department for the Republic of Tatarstan," the environmentalists said.

According to this fact, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against a legal entity under Part 2 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the conditions provided for by the license for the use of subsurface resources and (or) the requirements of a technical project approved in accordance with the established procedure and (or) other project documentation for the performance of works related to the use of subsurface resources". The perpetrator faces a fine of 300 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.
