A working meeting on the development of the youth environmental movement in the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Ecology Minister Alexander Shadrikov discussed long term issues with Youth Minister Timur Suleymanov, as well as the head of the regional youth public organization "Will be Clean" Dilara Satikova and Deputy head of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Agarkov.

The International Forum-Exhibition "Clean Country" is being held at the technopark site these days. The organizer is the "Clean Country" Association with the participation of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia. The main goal of the forum is to support national project "Ecology". A round table on the topic "Water of Russia" was held here today: conservation of water bodies is the main resource of the future", where Airat Shigapov presented a pilot project to improve the ecological condition of the Kazanka River. 

During environmental monitoring on the territory of the village of Verkhniye Kibya-Kozi, inspectors of the Ministry's Northern Territorial Administration discovered illegal waste storage. Garbage from demolition and disassembly of buildings littered a plot of 100 sq.m., the volume of illegal landfill was 100 cubic meters.m.

Today, Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Egor Tarnavsky told reporters about the reclamation and the unique project of the active degassing system used at the Samosyrov landfill. The work here is carried out within the framework of the federal project "Clean Country" of the national project "Ecology". The cost of the work is 872.2 million rubles.

The Ministry held a regular meeting of the interdepartmental working group on climate policy and decarbonization of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was attended by Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Olga Manidicheva, scientists, representatives of enterprises and organizations of the republic, ministries and departments. Let us recall that the Ministry of Ecology is the coordinator of decarbonization of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry's "hotline" received an appeal about the illegal placement of waste from winter street cleaning on the territory of the village Aktubinsky.  Inspectors of the Priiksky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit, during which the fact of unauthorized storage of snow was confirmed.

According to the information system "People's Control", environmentalists received a message about a snow dump in Avtograd. Inspectors, arriving at the scene, found huge snow piles on an area of almost 1300 sq.m. After an administrative investigation, environmentalists established that the violator is LLC Rus – Auto. The company carried out unauthorized storage of dirty snow. Snow samples were taken by laboratory specialists. According to the results of the analyses, the 5th hazard class was determined.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar on providing information on income, expenses, property and property obligations in order to increase the level of anti-corruption knowledge of state civil servants with the participation of First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shigapov, Deputy Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor Olga Melnik and a representative of the Office of the President RT on anti - corruption policy issues Nailya Galiaskarova.

This is almost 10 times more than it was at the beginning of the year. Let us recall that on March 1, amendments to the Federal Law "On Production and Consumption Waste" came into force.

Employees of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the environmental monitoring of the Aktanyshsky district revealed a number of violations at the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Communservice".
