Fines in the amount of 210 thousand rubles threaten one of the enterprises of the Aktanyshsky district for violating environmental legislation

Employees of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the environmental monitoring of the Aktanyshsky district revealed a number of violations at the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Communservice". Thus, excess of the MPC standards of pollutants were detected when wastewater was discharged into a stream, the rules for the operation of water management or water protection facilities and devices were violated, in addition, the obligations for filing an application for state registration of objects that have a negative impact on the environment were not fulfilled or were not fulfilled in a timely manner. That is, a legal entity, having a negative impact on the environment, is not registered and has not been assigned a hazard class, which is a violation of Article 69.2 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection". Now, protocols on an administrative offense have been drawn up against the guilty person using the Eco-nadzor software package under Part 1 of Article 8.14 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of water use rules during water intake, without water withdrawal and when wastewater is discharged into water bodies", Article 8.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the rules of operation of water management or water protection facilities and 8.46 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of the obligation to submit an application for state registration of objects that have a negative impact on the environment, submission of information for updating accounting information." Also, an idea was written out on the elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense. In total, the company faces fines in the amount of 210 thousand rubles.
