The hotline of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint from residents of Chistopol that sewage from sewage wells is flowing into the Rzhavets River.

In the MBOU "Russian-Tatar secondary school No. 136" of the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology held an ecological conversation on the topic "Freedom from garbage". Schoolchildren were told that garbage pollution is one of the main environmental problems of our time.

In the space of collective work "Boiling Point - Kazan", the Republican ecological case championship "Green Echpochmak" among students of higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the IT Park. 9 teams from educational institutions of Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny took part in the full-time stage of the case championship, which were selected based on the results of the correspondence round.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources informs. An electronic competition on the topic has been announced: "Clearing of the riverbed of the Bersut river near the village of Kamsky Lespromkhoz of the Mamadysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan". Financing of this event is carried out at the expense of funds provided in the form of subventions from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the activities of the federal project "Preservation of unique water bodies" in the Republic of Tatarstan. Financing is provided in the amount of 126,987,727.5 rubles. From February 28 to March 5, the republican online intensive "Ecological University" was held from the Regional Youth Public Organization "It will be clean!". The training was conducted by curators and coordinators of environmental associations of the Republic of Tatarstan. As part of the intensive, the participants got acquainted with current environmental issues, the activities of public inspectors, problems in the field of environmental protection.

Ecologists of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry told how to learn how to save electricity and water. The educational lesson was held in the MBOU "Boarding Lyceum of Buinsk of the Republic of Tatarstan". The main goal is environmental education.  The inspectors told how the favorable environmental situation in the city affects the condition and health of people, and gave advice on how to live in harmony with nature.

The Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry received an appeal on the fact of illegal storage of snow near one of the shopping and entertainment complexes of the Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan. Inspectors of the Central TA carried out a visit to the specified address, the fact of unauthorized storage of snow was confirmed. The area of the polluted territory was 125 sq.m., the volume was 103 cubic meters.m.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the "Scientific and Production Association for Geology and Subsoil Use of the Republic of Tatarstan" State Institution, within the framework of the state task, begin work on the audit of water intake wells for economic and drinking purposes in rural settlements.

Specialists of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry conducted an environmental lesson "The world through the ecologist's eyes" for students of MBOU "School No. 136". The lesson was held in a playful way.

An ecological lesson "The Earth is our common home" was conducted for students of MBOU "Tetyushskaya Secondary School No. 1 named after P. S. Khanzhin", the main purpose of which is the formation of a careful attitude to nature. As a visual material, ecologists of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared presentations and videos on how to reduce the "ecological footprint".
