A huge illegal dump of snow was discovered by specialists of the Kama Territorial Administration in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny
According to the information system "People's Control", environmentalists received a message about a snow dump in Avtograd. Inspectors, arriving at the scene, found huge snow piles on an area of almost 1300 sq.m. After an administrative investigation, environmentalists established that the violator is LLC Rus – Auto. The company carried out unauthorized storage of dirty snow. Snow samples were taken by laboratory specialists. According to the results of the analyses, the 5th hazard class was determined.
In respect of a legal entity, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with environmental protection requirements during collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste, except for the cases provided for in Article 8.2.3 of this Code", and a submission was issued on the elimination of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of an administrative offense. The violator faces a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
