Pollution of atmospheric air at burning fuel oil is unacceptable. CHP are prohibited from using this fuel for saving reasons. Its using shall be allowed only in emergency situations, after which the environmental impact must be compensated. This was announced today in Nizhnekamsk by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. Under the chairmanship of the Minister, a regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on Ensuring Environmental Safety under the Development of the Nizhnekamsk Industrial Hub was held. The event was attended by Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin.

Village Ivanovka, Tetyushsky district. 67 people living in it made a garbage dump with an area of 200 sq.m. Wood waste, car tires, scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic waste, old household appliances, and much more. Residents threw their waste into the ravine. An unauthorized landfill in the village was identified by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
