Ravine full of rubbish. Unauthorized garbage dump discovered by environmentalists in Tetyushsky district

Village Ivanovka, Tetyushsky district. 67 people living in it made a garbage dump with an area of ​​200 sq.m. Wood waste, car tires, scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastic waste, old household appliances, and much more. Residents threw their waste into the ravine. An unauthorized landfill in the village was identified by the inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. This environmental violation brings the administrative liability under Art. 8.2. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation: “Non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements when handling production and consumption wastes, ozone-depleting substances, or other dangerous substances”. Offenders will be held accountable.
