The meeting of the Commission on combating corruption was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Rustem Kamalov, First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the meeting, the following issues were considered:

The diversity of the nature, the importance of the profession of environmentalist in the modern world, the contribution of a person to the preservation of natural wealth. In the Central Children's Library of Bavly was held an ecological hour “Clean planet – pure soul”. An educational event with the participation of specialists from the Priik territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held for kids of the 8th form of Gymnasium No. 4.

The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, met with the adviser to the General Director of JSC RosKartografy, Honored Worker of Geodesy and Cartography Alexander Krajukhin. The Minister spoke about the regulation of subsoil use, the use and reproduction of the mineral resource base in Tatarstan, geological exploration and geodetic activities on the territory of the Republic, the state examination of mineral reserves and socio-economic programming for the long term.

The Republic of Tatarstan became the leader in terms of the number of participants in the All-Russian project “Reserve Lesson”. More than 63 thousand Tatarstanians took part in the campaign. The awarding ceremony was held in Khakassia as part of the First International Youth Meeting of Friends of Protected Areas.

These topics were discussed on an environmental lesson, which was held at Lyceum No. 121 named after Hero of the Soviet Union SA Akhtyamov, in Kazan. Yulia Shigapova, a leading expert in environmental education and interaction with public organizations of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted an educational event for kids of grade 2. She told the children about the activities of environmentalists and introduced environmental rules of conduct.

Walking, two-wheeled and public transport. This is how the Day without a car is held in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Tatarstan today. Minister Farid Abdulganiyev took advantage of public transport today, having walked most of the way. State nature protection inspectors gave their preference to two-wheeled transport. By the way, ECO-bicycle patrol is an innovation of the current year. Now in the republic many inspections are conducted on bicycles.

Today is the Day without a car. The global campaign aims to recall the negative impact of cars on the environment and encourage people to the idea of ​​using alternative means of transportation: public transport, bicycles. By tradition, on the Day without a car, the employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan get to work on public and two-wheeled transport.

Imprisonment for two years. Such a punishment will incur the inhabitant of Kazan for illegal sand extraction in Laishevo district. The decision on the fact of theft of minerals was taken by the Laishevo District Court. Infringement of the nature protection legislation was revealed by the inspectors of the Central territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in November 2016.
