Give things a second life for the benefit of society. With this purpose a charity event "Good Heart" was held in Naberezhnye Chelny. Collecting things for low-income families together with the Prikamsky territorial department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of Education and Youth Affairs of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny was organized by activists of the environmental movement "Musora.Bolshe.Net.Naberezhnye Chelny." More than 500 people from 15 educational institutions of the city participated in the action. In total, about 8 cubic meters of clothes and children's toys were collected during the week. As participants of the action noted: "Clothes that you do not need can help someone to warm up."

Environmentalists recorded a liquid waste at the landfill near the village of Tyulyachi during a helicopter flight. Instead of cleaning and neutralizing, sewage from cesspools of citizens was exported and dumped directly on the soil. In the selected samples of sewage, the specialists of the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan detected a multiple excess of chemical indices: BOD5 by 299 times, ammonia-ion by 204 times, iron by 6.8 times, sulphates by 1.6 times. Soil samples from contaminated sites (a total area of 30 square meters) were sent to the Central Inspection for Analytical Control to assess damage.
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan accepts reports from small and medium-sized businesses on the formation, use, neutralization and disposal of waste. Reporting is necessary for a clear understanding: what kinds of waste and in what quantities are formed, to which specialized organizations these wastes are transferred in accordance with the concluded contracts.
