A conference devoted to the opening of an environment-oriented campaign “The grackles have come” took place today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The campaign presupposes a contest among pupils of Kazan City for construction of nesting boxes and bird houses.

The special commission including the Chief of South-East Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Ramil Nizamov, the Head of Executive Committee of Almetyevsk Municipal District Marat Girfanov and heads of city field services flew around the territories of Almetyevsk and Bugulminsk districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on April 10.

On April 11, the press conference devoted to the beginning of the campaign “The grackles have come” will take place in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The campaign is held with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and “Maxidom” company.

Today, Artem Sidorov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting with the representatives of UNIDO delegation regarding implementation of the project on “Combating desert advancing and consequences of climatic change (shoreland forestation)” on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Global Environmental Fund and The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

The 3rd specialized Exhibition and Congress “Clean Water. Kazan” has been opened today in Kazan. The event takes place within the frames of realization of the federal target program “Clean water” for 2011-2017, approved of by the resolution of the Russian Federation Government.

Today, the session of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Artem Sidorov.

On March 29, the 1st Republican Competition of Research and Design Projects of pupils of grades 1-4 “I COME TO KNOW THE WORLD” was held at the City Youth Art Centre №1 of Naberezhnye Chelny City with the support of Cis-Kama Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, the meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Environmental Safety, Nature Management and Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare in the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Sidorov took place in the form of a videoconference in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

     The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan has got numerous written complaints on air pollution produced by the emissions of asphalt mixing installations of ACMP “Dorstroy Kazan” JSC, located in Privolzhsky district of Kazan at the address: 18 Lebedeva str.

On March 27, an extended session of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Minister for Ecology Artem Sidorov took place in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan with the agenda “On creation of the natural and sports coastal park for the 2013 Universiade on the Kazanka river right bank in Kazan city in the area stretching from the Palace of Water Sports to the Millennium Bridge”.
