“Dorstroy Kazan” JSC

  The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan has got numerous written complaints on air pollution produced by the emissions of asphalt mixing installations of ACMP “Dorstroy Kazan” JSC, located in Privolzhsky district of Kazan at the address: 18 Lebedeva str.

     In order to improve an ecological situation, the plan on environmental activities providing for asphalt mixing installations transfer in 2012 from the residential area at the address 18 Lebedeva str. to the second production site located in the industrial area at the address 16a Severo-Zapadnaya str. was elaborated with the participation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Bilateral Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry and “DorStroy Kazan” JSC on support of the plan on nature protection activities for 2012 was signed on March 23, 2012.

     According to this plan, “Dorstroy Kazan” JSC started gradual work on dismounting of production equipment located at the industrial site at the address 18 Lebedeva str., and on its transfer to the second production site at the address 16a Severo-Zapadnaya str. In the 4th quarter of 2012 the company planned the transfer of the last asphalt mixing installation DS-168 to the second site, which would completely eliminate emissions from the industrial area located at the address 18 Lebedeva str., and thus would significantly improve the ecological situation in Kazan City. The implementation of the above mentioned plan on environmental activities along with monthly instrumental measurements of emissions from the company sources are within the jurisdiction of the Ministry.
