TheMinistryofEcologyandNaturalResourcesoftheRepublicofTatarstanholdsacontestfor socially oriented non-commercial organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan to receive grants from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan if they operate in the field of ecological safety assurance.TheapplicationswillbeacceptedfromMarch 16 toApril 14, 2015. Non-commercialorganizationsregistered in accordance with the procedure established by law andcarryingouttheiractivityontheterritoryoftheRepublicofTatarstanincompliancewiththeir constituent documents, if the types of their activity are envisaged by article 31.1 of the Federal Law “On non-commercial organizations”, and if they have been operating for at least a year before the contest announcementcanparticipateinthecontest.

A meeting of the Science and Engineering Board (subsurface resources management section) was held today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.The meeting was held by Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Timur Akchurin. A report was reviewed onprospecting and evaluation work to justify a subsurface source of potable and domestic water supply in developing of the housing estate in Vysokogorsk district, as well as the project on development of standards on selection of core, mud and subsoil indrilling wells in order to connect the geo-information system to the core analysis data.

An onsite stage of the contest “I perceive the world” will be held on March 28th at the Municipal Autonomous Educational Establishment of further education of children “Municipal Palace of Creative Work of Children and Youth No. 1”in Naberezhnye Chelny. The IVRepublican contest of research and creative pieces of workof pupils of forms 1-4 is held by the Intellectual Development Departmentwith support of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Head of Coordination and Planning Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Maxim Aleksandrovich Mikhaylov, celebrates his birthday today. He has been working at the Ministry since May 2005. At first he served as a senior specialist of the 1st category at the Department of Summary Analysis for Management of Information and Analytical Activity. Since 2013 he has been working asHead of Coordination and Planning Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The work on equipment of gas filling stations with systems for collection and recuperation of fuel vapors continues in Tatarstan.

Experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan familiarized today with operation of the closed system for dischargeof oil products at the gas filling station of “Picnic” LLC located on43 Chelyuskinastr. in Kazan. The system implies collection of fuel vaporsfrom reservoirs and fuel-dispensing units into road-tankers for further removal of vapors and their recuperation at oil delivery terminals.
