The applications for the annual Republican contest “Man and nature” are accepted until November 15th

The applications for the annual Republican contest “Man and nature” are accepted until November 15th. The event is held by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to promote the work of the Republican mass media, and improve professional skills in journalists covering ecological topics. Individual journalists and groups, creative associations of the Republican, district, municipal, electronic, printed, TV- and radio- mass media,  as well as mass media of companies, establishments, and organizations can participate in the event.

The materials are accepted in the following categories:

• “The best publication in periodicals”
• “The best TV spot”
• “The best radio spot”
• “The best photo piece”
• “The best e-publication”
• “For carrying out of ecological campaigns in mass media”
• “For the creative debut in eco-oriented journalism”
• “For creation of social ecological video spots”

The application form is to be filled out in any format (first and last names, and telephone number are obligatory). The results will be summarized in December. More detailed information is available on the website of the Ministry in the section “Conferences, contests, and grants”.
