We start our section "Ecology in persons" with the best state inspectors of the Republic of Tatarstan. After all, these are the people who always come first to help nature and man and conduct the most important work every day – work to protect our natural beauties and riches. Today the hero of our column is the inspector of the Zakamsky territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology Vadim Mitrofanov.

It is established that the owner of the hydraulic structure (pond in the Tatarsky Sarsaz settlement of the Pseyevsky rural settlement) in the person of the Mendeleevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, in violation of the requirements for the safety of hydraulic structures established by federal legislation, has not ensured the fulfillment of the obligation to conduct a regular inspection of the hydraulic structure, which is one of the mandatory stages of declaration, according to the results of which, in particular, the hazard class of a hydraulic structure is determined.

It is established that the municipal waste accumulation site located in the water-protected area of the Kinderka River in the Sovetsky district of Kazan does not meet the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological legislation.

The Kazan interdistrict environmental Prosecutor's Office during the inspection of compliance with legislation in the field of waste management on the territory of the Vakhitovsky district of Kazan in the water protection zone of the Kuibyshev reservoir revealed an unauthorized landfill with an area of almost 900 sq.m.

The Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan met with residents of the Nurlat district and talked with them during the citizens' gathering.  Meetings with residents were held in Amzinsky and Kulbaevo-Marasinsky rural settlements with the participation of the head of the environmental protection department Alexander Shadrikov and the head of the Nurlatsky district Almaz Akhmetshin. During the meeting, the villagers shared their successes and achievements. So, last year in the Amzinsky rural settlement, thanks to the self-taxation program and the support of patrons, they were able to improve the territory of the local spring.

The third stage of accepting applications for the grant competition of student startups has started. Students whose applications will be recognized as the best will receive grants in the amount of 1 million rubles for the implementation of their project. 

The Priiksky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received a complaint from residents of Aznakaevo. Local residents reported that a plane was flying over the city and allegedly spraying chemicals.

Today, on the World Day of Environmental Education, together with the inspector of the Central TA Nargiza Galimova, we went to the kindergarten "Smart Children" in order to remind preschool children why they need to love and protect their native nature. Spend this day with us!

"We are the main friends of our birds, who find it very difficult to find food for themselves in the cold winter," - this is how the eco-lesson began for the pupils of the kindergarten "Solnyshko" in Buinsk.

Oleg Sinyashin, head of the Kazan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, told about the invisible environmental problem of the world scale – microplastics – at the final board of the Ministry.
