The Kazan interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of compliance with legislation in the field of waste management

It is established that the municipal waste accumulation site located in the water-protected area of the Kinderka River in the Sovetsky district of Kazan does not meet the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological legislation.

In order to eliminate violations of the law, the environmental prosecutor appealed to the court.

The court's decision satisfied the prosecutor's demands. The MPI "Administration of the Sovetsky district of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of Kazan" and the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of the City of Kazan are responsible for equipping the container site in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

Elimination of violations of the law is under the control of the Environmental Prosecutor's Office.
