In order to eliminate violations of the law, the environmental prosecutor went to court.

The court's decision satisfied the prosecutor's demands. The MPI "Administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of Kazan" and the Executive Committee of the Municipal Formation of the city of Kazan are charged with the duty to eliminate an unauthorized landfill.

Elimination of violations of the law is under the control of the Environmental Prosecutor's Office.
