An interactive lesson for pupils of kindergarten No. 60 "Ivolga" in Naberezhnye Chelny was conducted by employees of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of Grint LLC. Experts told the children about the damage to the environment caused by waste and landfills, and suggested ways to solve the environmental problem of garbage. To consolidate the acquired knowledge, the kids played exciting games "What's superfluous" and "Divide correctly".

Since June 1, in Tatarstan, as part of Operation Clean Air, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology together with employees of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan have checked 2,941 vehicles, including 142 trucks and 131 buses. Excess emissions of pollutants were detected in the exhaust gases of 80 cars. Monitoring of the state of environmental safety of vehicles will last in Tatarstan until the end of September. Inspections are carried out jointly with all territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology on the main highways, checkpoints and enterprises. This year, it is planned to inspect at least 6 thousand cars for the level of dangerous pollutants. Let us recall that last year, as part of the operation, 6570 vehicles were checked on the roads, of which 183, or 2.8%, did not meet the required standards for emissions of pollutants in exhaust gases.

The qualifying stage of the All-Russian championship movement in professional skills "Professionals" took place in Moscow today. The Republic of Tatarstan was represented at the competition on the competence "Environmental protection" by the 3rd year student of the Kazan Petrochemical College named after V. P. Lushnikov, Alvir Kamalov.

During the monitoring of the Sabinsky district, inspectors of the Northern Territorial Administration revealed unauthorized storage of waste. The violation was recorded in Bolshenyrtinskoye rural settlement. The area of cluttering of the territory was 150 sq.m., the volume of the landfill was 86 cubic meters. 

The Kazan Digital Week – 2023 International Forum will be held in Kazan on September 20-22 at the site of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. The program of the Kazan Digital Week – 2023 forum includes plenary sessions, sessions, round tables, technical visits, discussions, master classes, cultural and familiarization events. In order to expand the audience of participants, the forum is planned to be held in face-to-face and online formats. The mission of Kazan Digital Week – 2023 is to assist in the exchange of scientific and technical information, the consolidation of scientific and technological assets capable of effectively solving the problems of import substitution and import conservation, to ensure technological sovereignty and data sovereignty as the basis of the leadership of the Russian Federation in international cooperation.

This weekend, the XIV All-Russian Open Field Olympiad of Young Geologists started in Almetyevsk on the basis of the recreation camp "Sunny", the participants were greeted by the First Deputy Minister of Ecology Ilnur Gubaidullin. He talked to the guys, evaluated their ideas and developments, gave advice on further implementation of projects.

Activists of the youth movement "It will be clean", volunteers, divers, members of the RGS and just caring residents took part in the clean-up, which took place in the Nizhnekamsk district. 

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan summed up the results of the next stage of the competition for the collection of spent power sources in the Republic of Tatarstan. In the first half of this year, school students and kindergarten students collected 31,047 kg of batteries.

In early June, employees of the Ministry of Ecology and ornithologists brought 10 chicks of the red Book Saker falcon to the village of Tenishevo, Kamsko-Ustinsky district. They were placed in artificial hake nests.  All summer, birdwatchers watched the chicks, and volunteers made sure that the Saker calves ate well.
