From February 2 to February 9, no excess of permissible concentrations of pollutants in the atmospheric air were recorded by automatic air pollution control stations in Kazan.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the regular meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on regulating the operation modes of reservoirs of the Volga-Kama Cascade via video conference.

As part of the thematic day of ecology at the Russia exhibition and forum at VDNKh on February 8, a session "Water of Russia" was held. In a live discussion led by Roman Minukhin, Director of the Department of State Policy and Regulation in the field of Water Resources of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, heads of regional ministries and representatives of the scientific community discussed the achievements, results and experience of the national project "Ecology", as well as an integrated approach to the conservation and improvement of water bodies.

Today, as part of the "Ecology Day" at the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" in Moscow, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Interregional Association "Center for the Study and Conservation of the Snow Leopard "Irbis". The document was signed by Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Irbis Center Ali Uzdenov. 

During the monitoring of Aznakaevo, ecologists of the Priiksky territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan discovered unauthorized storage of snow on Sultangalieva Street, 20. 

During the inspection of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny by inspectors of the Kama Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology, unauthorized waste disposal was revealed in 68 microdistrict in the water protection zone of the Shilna river. 

Alexander Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, made a working visit to the assigned area. In Nurlat, he took part in meetings of the labor collectives of CJSC Nurlatsky Elevator and JSC Nurlatsky Thermal Networks. 

From February 6 to March 4, 2024, the All-Russian Online Olympiad on Ecology and the surrounding world for schoolchildren of grades 1-9 will be held on the Учи.ру educational platform. The Olympiad is held in support of the national project "Ecology". 

The unauthorized storage of snow was discovered by inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration in the village of Mordovia Karmalka.
