The Clean Air operational and preventive event in support of the national Environmental Well-being project continues in the Republic of Tatarstan. The operation is carried out by the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan together with employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, and from 2024 - with the interregional territorial directorate of Rostransnadzor in the Volga Federal District.
From June 1 to September 30, specialists from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the interregional territorial Directorate of Rostransnadzor for the Volga Federal District, will take measures to identify excess pollutants in the exhaust gases of vehicles. During the operation period, it is planned to inspect more than 6 thousand vehicles.
Since June 1, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology have checked 5,425 vehicles, including 4,898 passenger cars, 382 trucks and 145 buses, as part of Operation Clean Air in support of the national Ecology project.
Since June 1, as part of the operational and preventive measure "Clean Air", the Ministry of Ecology, together with the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan and the Office of Rostransnadzor for the Volga Federal District, has checked 5,049 vehicles.
Since June 1, in Tatarstan, as part of the annual operation "Clean Air", inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology, together with the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the interregional territorial Directorate of Rostransnadzor for the Volga Federal District, have already checked 4,751 vehicles. In support of the national Ecology project, 4,271 passenger cars, 345 trucks and 135 buses were inspected.
Since June 1, in Tatarstan, as part of the annual operation "Clean Air", environmentalists, together with the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the interregional territorial Directorate of Rostransnadzor for the Volga Federal District, have already checked 4,324 vehicles. 3,888 passenger cars, 305 trucks and 131 buses were inspected.

Since June 1, in the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of operation "Clean Air", inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology together with employees of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan have checked 5,451 vehicles – 4,809 passenger cars, 118 trucks and 358 buses.
Since June 1, as part of Operation Clean Air, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, have checked 4,519 vehicles, including 245 trucks and 323 buses. 3,717 vehicles were with gasoline engines, 569 with diesel engines and 233 with gas fuel. In the exhaust gases of 133 (2.9% of all tested) cars, excess standards for pollutants were detected.
From June to the end of September, inspectors of the territorial departments of the Ministry conduct raids to identify vehicles with excess toxicity standards. As of today, 2953 cars have already been checked, of which 257 cars have been detected with excess.
