More than 2.654 million measurements have been carried out by 17 automatic air pollution control stations since the beginning of the year, including five AAPCSs in Kazan - more than 813 thousand.

Last week, according to data received from the stations, exceedances of the maximum permissible concentrations of hydrogen sulfide were recorded in Kazan (I. Shakirov Ave., 3) and Zelenodolsk district (Osinovo village).

Through the people's control system, the Zavolzhsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology received an appeal about an unauthorized dump in the village of Verkhny Naratbash in the Buinsky district.

An unauthorized landfill was identified during monitoring of the territory of the Novosheshminsky district by specialists of the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology. According to the results of the inspection, illegal storage of construction waste was found in the village of Novosheshminsk on Proletarskaya Street. The total area of the landfill was 70 sq.m.,the volume was 10 cubic meters.

During the monitoring of the Urussu settlement of the Yutazinsky district, inspectors of the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology identified the storage of construction waste. The area of the unauthorized dump was 80 sq.m. The volume is 28 cubic meters.

Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology, together with the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, the Department of Rospotrepnadzor and the Administration of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts, had previously conducted an inspection near Izumrudny. 10 points of unauthorized waste storage were found in the adjacent territory of the lake and near the forest planting.

Unlicensed mining of common minerals was identified by inspectors of the Zakamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during monitoring in the Kama water area.
