The violator compensated for the damage caused to the environment by an unauthorized landfill

Earlier, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during an on-site inspection of the Zainsk district revealed a violation of art. 65 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. A legal entity dumped waste on the soil in the Bagryazhka River water protection zone. 

As a result of unauthorized waste storage, soil damage was caused. The damage was estimated at 33 thousand rubles. 

The legal entity did not reimburse the damage voluntarily. The Ministry filed a lawsuit to recover damages from the violator in court. During the court proceedings, the violator reimbursed the damage in full.
