In 2022, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology revealed a violation: Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Communservice" drained wastewater with excess pollutants from sewage treatment plants. As a result, a stream in the village of Aktanysh, Aktanyshsky district, was polluted.
In natural water samples, excess levels of ammonium ion, petroleum, petroleum products, phosphates, total iron, and other indicators were detected. The damage caused to the environment was estimated at 4,843,926 rubles. The legal entity did not reimburse the damage on a voluntary basis.
The Ministry filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the court proceedings, a settlement agreement was concluded, which the violator did not comply with. The materials were transferred to the Aktanysh district bailiff's office for enforcement. The bailiff Service initiated enforcement proceedings, and the damage was forcibly recovered in full.
