During the monitoring of the territory of the Rybno-Slobodsky district in the village of Rybnaya Sloboda, inspectors from the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry revealed the facts of unauthorized waste storage.

Since the beginning of the year, 2,048 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception, 1,248 of them have already been resolved.

The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan appealed to the Nizhnekamsk City Court with a claim against an individual for causing damage to the environment as a result of waste dumping. A waste dump with an area of 82 sq. m. was discovered on the territory of the Yelabuga district in the Kosteneevsky rural settlement in the Neftekhimik farming co-op.

The Almetyevsk City Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan ordered an individual to eliminate unauthorized waste storage and pay for damage caused to the soil.

During the monitoring of the territory of Aksubayevsky district, inspectors of the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology discovered unauthorized waste storage. 

In 2024, the Ministry revealed violations of the requirements of Articles 51 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" and Articles 13, 42 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation as part of environmental control. On the territory of the Nizhnekamsk district, waste was littered in the form of a battle of concrete products and building bricks on a total area of 318 square meters.

Employees of Russian Railways and the Scientific and Production Center for Environmental Protection were also involved in the survey of the right-of-way of the railway in the territory of the city of Kazan and municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

Earlier, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan during an on-site inspection of the Zainsk district revealed a violation of art. 65 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation. A legal entity dumped waste on the soil in the Bagryazhka River water protection zone. 

Inspectors of the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, as part of the consideration of citizens' appeals, established the fact of wastewater discharge into Lake Nizhny Kaban.

 

In 2022, inspectors from the Ministry of Ecology revealed a violation: Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Communservice" drained wastewater with excess pollutants from sewage treatment plants. As a result, a stream in the village of Aktanysh, Aktanyshsky district, was polluted.
