An unauthorized landfill was discovered by environmentalists in Arsk
During the monitoring of the Arsky district, inspectors from the Northern Directorate discovered a violation of environmental legislation regarding unauthorized waste disposal.
A dump of bricks and construction waste was discovered in Arsk at the intersection of Alexandrov and Yamashev streets.
The total area of the violation was 266 sq.m.
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Arsky district about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.
It should be recalled that responsibility for organizing an unauthorized landfill is provided for in Article 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste).
