The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received appeals from residents about the dumping of waste from trucks and cars in the Chistopolsky and Aksubayevsky districts. Inspectors from the Volga-Kama Directorate promptly went to the sites of possible violations.
So, in the village of Galaktionovo on Zelenaya Street, the dumping of waste was confirmed. At the time of the survey, environmentalists recorded traces of a car with a trailer and an unauthorized dumping of tops and plant waste.
The inspectors sent inquiries to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Department of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan to establish the owner of the vehicle. It turned out that the waste was dumped by a villager.
With regard to case a protocol on administrative violation of 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with environmental protection requirements in the management of industrial and consumer waste, as well as actions committed using vehicles, trailers, tractors and other self-propelled vehicles) was drawn up and sent.
According to the second appeal, environmentalists also went to Aksubayevsky district and revealed a violation of environmental legislation. During the inspection, the inspectors found that near the village of Takhtala, a truck was dumping waste into the Takhtalinka riverbed.
A protocol on an administrative offense under Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation has also been drawn up and sent in the case.
