A pilot project for the reclamation of the Samosyrov solid waste landfill has been completed in the Republic. The body of the reclaimed landfill has already been sown with grass, and these works will continue in the spring.

At a meeting of the public council of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, a scientific and expert summary of environmental problems of the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions was presented.

Today, as part of the "Ecology Day" at the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" in Moscow, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Interregional Association "Center for the Study and Conservation of the Snow Leopard "Irbis". The document was signed by Minister of Ecology Alexander Shadrikov and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Irbis Center Ali Uzdenov. 

This year, within the framework of the national project "Ecology" in Tatarstan, it is planned to complete work on 3 events. 

Tatarstan has once again become the winner of the All-Russian coastal cleaning campaign "Water of Russia", implemented within the framework of the national project "Ecology" (federal project "Conservation of unique water bodies"). The winner's diploma was presented today to Deputy Minister of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan Egor Tarnavsky at VDNKh within the framework of the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia" in Moscow. 

For two days in Kazan, the heads of regional authorities discussed the best pilot projects for improving the Volga River in order to take these developments into account in the work on the new unified water project.

Today, the participants of the seminar-meeting, which is being held in Tatarstan these days on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister V. Abramchenko, visited the facility. Deputy Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Egor Tarnavsky told colleagues from other regions about how the reclamation project was developed, emphasizing that the reclamation of silt fields is part of the very comprehensive approach that the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation spoke about.

The best projects implemented by the regions for the construction and modernization of wastewater treatment plants in the Volga River basin with an analysis of the possibility of replicating the technologies and solutions used in them were presented today in Kazan as part of a seminar-meeting. Minister of Ecology of Tatarstan Alexander Shadrikov spoke about the republic's integrated approach to solving environmental issues, in particular issues related to the improvement of the Volga River.

Today, at a seminar meeting on the issues of improving and preserving water bodies, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia Alexey Yeresko highly appreciated the comprehensive work within the framework of the federal project "Improving the Volga" of the national project "Ecology". He noted that the RT Government team is considered the strongest in the country.

Today, on November 24, at the initiative of Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko in Kazan, the heads of regional authorities discussed the experience of improving the Volga River for consideration in the work on the new united water project.
