The republican contest of ecological drawings dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan has started today. Pre-school children and schoolchildren from grades 1 to 11 can take part.
How much waste paper does it take to save one tree and what harm do discarded batteries cause to the environment? These and other questions were answered by specialists of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in kindergarten No. 181 of Kazan.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the survey of the territory of Almetyevsk and Almetyevsk district revealed facts of unauthorized use of water bodies. Water intake was carried out from the Ursalinka and Kichui rivers. Deputy Minister for Subsoil Use Ilnur Gubaidullin informed about the details of the draft law "On regulation of certain issues in the field of subsoil use in the Republic of Tatarstan" in an extended interview. Illegal storage of snow in Kazan was revealed by inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan with the help of the "People's Control" information system. Kazan residents complained about the storage of snow masses on Khlebozavodskaya st. Environmentalists went to the place, the fact of environmental violations was confirmed.
Residents of the village of Sakona, Alekseevsky district, appealed to the Volga-Kama territorial Administration of the Ministry. Near one of the islands on the Kama River, they found a sunken pontoon with tanks for petroleum products.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from citizens through the "People's Control" system about illegal storage of snow on Torfyanaya Street (near the Anchor boat station). Inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration together with employees of the Central Department of Environmental Supervision of the Ministry went to the address indicated in the appeal. The fact of environmental violations has been confirmed. The area of the polluted territory was 8620 sq.m., the volume was 9482 cubic meters. Snow samples were taken by specialists. According to the results of biotesting, polluted snow belongs to hazard class 4.
The fashion show in unusual costumes was prepared by the kids of MBDOU "Kindergarten No. 115". Small models presented outfits made of discarded materials: plastic bags, paper, colorful garbage bags, old disks and boxes. The children turned into robots, cowboys, superheroes and princesses and took to the makeshift podium to demonstrate the exclusive outfits they had made together with their parents.
