Environmentalists stopped unauthorized water intake
Inspectors of the South-Eastern TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan during the survey of the territory of Almetyevsk and Almetyevsk district revealed facts of unauthorized use of water bodies. Water intake was carried out from the Ursalinka and Kichui rivers. During the administrative investigation, it became clear that the violator is an enterprise providing services for horizontal directional drilling. The inspectors also recorded the parking and movement of vehicles belonging to this contracting organization in the water protection zone. In relation to a legal entity, protocols on administrative offenses have been drawn up under art. 7.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Unauthorized occupation of a water body". The fine under this article for legal entities ranges from fifty to one hundred thousand rubles. Article 8.42 Part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the special regime for carrying out economic and other activities on the coastal protective strip of a water body, the water protection zone of a water body or the regime for carrying out economic and other activities on the territory of the sanitary protection zone of drinking and household water supply sources". The fine under this article for legal entities ranges from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
