Theeventisdevotedtodevelopment of the complex of efficient measures aimed at sustainable development of water facilities in Russia.

The XIX Forum “Safety and communications” held today in Kazan on the territory of the expo center “Kazan Fair” is a promising business platform in the Republic of Tatarstan with regard to implementation of projects and equipment in various fields of life safety.

ThemeetingwithheadsofExecutivecommitteesofmunicipalformationsoftheCis-KamaterritorywasheldinNaberezhnyeChelny. Activity of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department and interaction with local authorities were on the agenda of the meeting. In his report, the Head of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nail Garipov, told about the activity of the territorial departmentin 2013 and its tasks for 2014.

Brainring “National forest is a depositary of nature” was held at the Aznakaevo children’s activity centerin the framework of the accounting week of touristic and history department of the establishment. Thecontestswereheldbetweentwoteams–pupils of ecological associations of theAznakaevo children’s activity center“Kedr” and “Zhivoy mir”.

The meeting of the Anti-corruption Commission under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The following issues were on the agenda:
1. Review of the results of analysis and systematization of violations and faults revealed by the state financial control authorities in 2012 and Q1 2013.

The final meeting summarizing the results of work for 2013 and setting up tasks for 2014 was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Nature Protection, Ramil Nizamov, participated in the event. The Head of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilkham Sabirov, reported on the carried out work. He acknowledged a series of main tasks that were fulfilled in 2013, in particular: assurance of implementation of measures in the framework of the Year for Environmental Protection in the Russian Federation and the Year for Ecological Culture and Environmental Protection in the Republic of Tatarstan; provision of appropriate sanitary and ecological state of territories of municipal formations; provision of ecological and sanitary and epidemiological safety during the period of preparation and holding of the World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan; exploration of the territory of Admirlteyskaya Sloboda in Kazan to reveal potentially dangerous sources of environment pollution entailing violation of ecological legislation in order to take measures of administrative influence in compliance with the applicable legislation.

The meeting regarding the results of activity in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014 was held at Priiksky Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief State Inspector of the Republic for Nature Protection, Ramil Nizamov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Aznakaevo Municipal District, Aydar Shamsurdinov, participated in the meeting.

Interdepartmental meeting on legitimacy of the activity of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and Territorial departments subordinate thereto was held today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Minister, Artem Sidorov. Prosecutor, Oleg Daminov, representatives of Kazan Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office, heads of territorial departments under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting. In the course of the meeting it was recommended to enforce the work on administrative prosecution of legal persons, collection of fines and indemnification for the damage inflicted on the environment, as well as to continue positive work with regard to control in the field of environmental protection.

Today, the Forum of adherents of the Tatar Regional Division of the party “United Russia” and public organizations “WE ARE TOGETHER!” was held at the National Cultural Center “Kazan”. The Chairperson of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Secretary of the Tatar Regional Division of the party “United Russia”, Farid Mukhametshin, opened the event. According to Farid Mukhametshin, the main task of the event was to formulate the most burning issues for the citizens and to develop mechanisms of their solution.

The meeting devoted to the results of the activity of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014 was held in Naberezhnye Chelny with participation of the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ramil Nizamov. In 2013, intheframeworkofthestateecologicalsurveillance, allinall, 1,828 inspections were carried out at 610 companies and at 816 regional facilities with regard to fulfillment of nature protection requirements. 1,328 violationswererevealed, eliminationofwhichisbroughtunderstrictcontrol; 1,191 protocols on violation of nature protection legislation were drawn up with regard to the facts of revealed violations.
