Results of work of Priiksky Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology for 2013 were summarized

The meeting regarding the results of activity in 2013 and the tasks set for 2014 was held at Priiksky Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief State Inspector of the Republic for Nature Protection, Ramil Nizamov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Aznakaevo Municipal District, Aydar Shamsurdinov, participated in the meeting.
In the context of fulfillment of functions regarding state ecological control exercised by the Priiksky Territorial Department in 2013, all in all, 441 inspections were carried out. In total, 333 violations were detected. With regard to the detected violations, state inspectors of the Priiksky Territorial Department drew up 384 protocols on administrative offences. All in all, administrative sanctions in the form of fines were imposed to the amount of 785 thousand rubles, while 448 thousand rubles worth of fines were collected. Liability claims were raised against offenders for gross violations of nature protection legislation in the amount of 769 thousand rubles.
All in all, 3 notifications on the facts of unauthorized waste placement were received through the “People’s control” system by the Priiksky Territorial Department. All the addresses have been “Settled” by now.
Summarizing the results of the meeting, Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ramil Nizamov, acknowledged joint work with the Tatar Nature Protection Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office on detection of violations of ecological requirements in the course of operation of companies under the closed joint-stock company “Urussinsky chemical plant”. More than 8.5 thousand cubic meters of petroleum residues were located on the territory of the station. A fine in the amount of 125 thousand rubles was imposed for negative impact, and a plan of actions regarding reclamation of lands was elaborated and approved.
Ramil Nizamov set the task to enhance control over the system of collection, transportation, sorting, and recovery of solid domestic waste, as well as work in the framework of collection of payments for negative impact on the environment.
The activity of the Priiksky Territorial Department was appraised by the management of the Executive committee of Aznakaevo Municipal District to a high standard, in particular, for assistance in preparation and holding of the on-site environment-related seminar “Environmental protection and assurance of ecological safety in Aznakaevo Municipal District” which was held in December 2013 in Masyagutovo village of Aznakaevo Municipal District. Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Aznakaevo Municipal District, Aydar Shamsutdinov, presented Certificates of Merit of the Head of Aznakaevo Municipal District for longstanding labor to the Leading Expert of the Priiksky Territorial Department, Dzhamila Kozhemyakina, Leading Expert, Aliya Garaeva, and the Head of the Specialized Inspection of Analytical Control, Aygul Yarmieva.
