The first gas filling station to charge an e-vehicle appeared in Kazan

The first in Tatarstan gas-filling station to charge an e-vehicle appeared in Kazan on 100 Vosstaniya street (on the territory of technopolis “Khimgrad”), which is also used to fill other vehicles with traditional sorts of hydrocarbon fuel. It will take 15 min to recharge the battery with a capacity of 24 kWt/h from 30 to 80%. During the day-time the filling station operates in a semi-automatic mode, and from 7 pm to 7 am – it operates in an automatic mode with no operators. At first, battery recharging will be free of charge. The first filling station for e-vehicles in Russian appeared in 2012.

Electrical transportation means are the most eco-friendly and safe for the environment means of transportation. In large cities and industrial regions, the share of air pollution from gas-operated and diesel vehicles amounts to 70-80% from the total amount of industrial emissions.
