Regional norms for the background content of heavy metals in the main soils of the Republic of Tatarstan are important for the objective evaluation of the extent of the damage inflicted on the environment due to the land pollution, operational procedures aimed at minimization of the consequences of emergency situations, evaluation of the quality of reclamation work, optimization of reclamation expenses, as well as improvement of the ecological situation in the Republic.​

Concerned citizens and organizations can familiarize with justification documents at the Institute for Problems of Natural Resources Use and Ecology under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan on weekdays from 10 am to 12 pm at the following address: 28 Daurskaya str., Kazan.
