The Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, paid a working visit to the Kazan Zoo. During the event, the head of the department was informed about preparations for the fourth stage of the program to revive the population of the Saker falcon, listed in the Red Book.

Earlier, within the framework of environmental supervision in the Tukayevsky district, inspectors of the Kama department revealed a violation of environmental legislation in the territory of Novotroitskoye rural settlement.

Practical events within the framework of the Green Landing environmental project, which is implemented with a grant from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, will begin in Kazan on April 15.

During an on-site inspection of the territory of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed the fact that the container site was littered with solid municipal waste on Komsomolskaya Embankment Street near houses 1/12 and 1/15.

An award ceremony for the winners of the women's and men's annual chess tournaments was held at the Ministry of Ecology as part of the weekly meeting. The awards were presented to the best players by Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin.

Since the beginning of the year, 476 applications have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception. 338 of them have been resolved, the rest are in progress.
