An award ceremony for the winners of the women's and men's annual chess tournaments was held at the Ministry of Ecology as part of the weekly meeting. The awards were presented to the best players by Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin.
The tournament brought together participants of different levels of training and became a platform for demonstrating strategic thinking and intellectual skills. According to the results of the competition, the strongest chess players in the women's and men's categories were determined.
The winners were awarded medals and valuable prizes. The Ministry stressed that they plan to continue supporting the holding of such events.
It should be recalled that the winners of the women's chess tournament were Chulpan Gayazova, Adviser to the Legal Department, who took 3rd place. The second place was taken by Yulia Kalganova, Adviser to the Department of Information Geological Resources and Monitoring of the Geological environment. And Agnes Mukhametova, a specialist in the subsurface use licensing department, became the champion. And in the men's chess tournament, Timur Kokovin, a specialist from the Department of Atmospheric Air Protection, took third place. Maxim Kuznetsov, a specialist in the Department of Geology of Solid Minerals, became the silver medalist. The winner of the tournament was Artur Gilmizyanov, Advisor to the Department of Hydrogeology and Water Management.
