Earlier, in the framework of environmental supervision in the Tukayevsky district, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. Inspectors of the Kama Department found that after the completion of mining of common minerals, the Executive Committee of the rural settlement did not carry out mandatory land reclamation work on the land plot in the Azmushkinsky rural settlement. This is a violation of the requirements of current legislation, namely Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 781 "On Approval of the Rules for land Reclamation and Conservation."
A warning was sent to the Executive Committee of the Azmushkinsky rural settlement about the inadmissibility of violating environmental legislation and about eliminating violations.
After that, environmentalists conducted a re-inspection, which revealed that the reclamation of the site was still not completed. In this regard, the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan appealed to the Tukayevsky District Court.
The court recognized the actions of the Executive Committee of the Azmushkinsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district as illegal and ordered to restore the site within 6 months.
