As part of the review of the residents' appeal, inspectors from the Central Department of the Ministry of Ecology conducted a survey of the territory of the Sovetsky district of Kazan. During the monitoring, the fact of violation of environmental legislation was confirmed, namely the presence of two unauthorized landfills. 

As part of the Clean Heritage Olympiad, the city schools of Bavly joined the ecological marathon "In the Footsteps of Good Deeds", which is held in support of the national project "Ecological well-being". Sixth grade students actively participated in the event aimed at fostering respect for the environment.

An ecological lesson on respect for nature was held in the Kiyat kindergarten of the Buinsky district.

Earlier, during the monitoring of the territory of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department identified an unauthorized landfill. The fact of dumping concrete waste was established along Chulman Avenue. The area of violation is 63 sq.m.

During the inspection of the territory of the Mamadyshsky district by inspectors of the Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology, a violation of environmental legislation was revealed. In the village of Sokolka, environmentalists discovered an unauthorized landfill of waste from demolition and dismantling of buildings, plant, household and unsorted housing waste.

Earlier, as part of the monitoring, inspectors from the Southeastern Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with employees of the GBU "Road Safety", discovered an unauthorized landfill in the Upper Settlement of Bugulma.

Inspectors from the Volga-Kama Department of the Ministry of Ecology took part in comprehensive exercises aimed at working out actions in case of emergency oil spills. The event was held in the Novosheshminsky district in the village of Urgancha. According to legend, there was a spill of 50 cubic meters (40 tons) of petroleum products. The specialists of the Transoil Limited Liability Company, together with professional rescuers from RegionSpas, demonstrated a high level of readiness by promptly completing two stages of the exercises.

Environmentalists have reviewed and resolved 4,137 appeals out of 4,794 received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since January 1 of this year.
